As the Team Lead for Customer Success, you'll guide our Customer Success Managers team in the central region, covering Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Poland. Working with your team, your mission is to drive GoodHabitz to success in the central region, ensuring clients perceive real business impact with our services.
Responsibilities
- You'll be the go-to mentor for our Customer Success Managers, offering support throughout the entire customer journey, from onboarding to expansions and renewals.
- Choreograph work processes to perfection, ensuring our regional targets are hit.
- Inspire and drive results from the management team through coaching.
- Foster growth and development within your team.
- Become the strategic ally for both clients and your team, helping them conquer business objectives.
- Energize your team by sharing insights, best practices and industry benchmarks.
- Focus on delivering maximum value to clients to secure renewals.
Qualifications
- Have 3+ years of experience managing teams of 7+ in Customer Success (B2B SaaS or EdTech preferred).
- Are deeply invested in your team's growth and success.
- Can bridge the gap between commerce, tech, and online training.
- Are customer-centric and solution-oriented.
- Use data to drive improvements and guide your team.
- Connect with people through empathy and approachable leadership.
- Handle stress like a pro and enjoy presenting to large audiences.
- Embody a feedback culture and foster open dialogue.
- Speak German fluently and have strong English skills.
