A leading technology company is seeking a Team Lead, Commercial Partnerships in Berlin. This hybrid role involves developing partnerships strategies, negotiating key collaborations, and leading a growing team. Ideal candidates will have over 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments and demonstrated success in scaling partnerships. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
We’re looking for our first Team Lead, Commercial Partnerships to launch and scale our strategic partner ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead our PRO marketplace partnerships strategy - from building API integrations (launching mid-2026) to shaping co-marketing and community initiatives with B2B players that serve SMBs. You’ll also lead a small but growing team, including Sales Marketing and our future Community Manager.
This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin Charlottenburg. You’ll report to the Head of Go-To-Market, SMBs.
