Aufgaben

• Reports to the Domain Head of Platform Solution.
• L3 support of the application for all European SaaS customers.
• Owns all related regional Avaloq customization solutions.
• Defines together with the Domain Scrum Master and the team the work model for the team.
• Facilitates team meetings in order to meet the requirements of the customer.
• Provides technical teams for dedicated strategic projects, customers and squads in the region.
• Integrates external resources necessary to fill the positions/capacity required to fulfil its mission.
• Responsible for the capacity planning and the ramp up of the team.
