Tandem Health is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to build world-class engineering, product and design teams from our Stockholm HQ. You’ll own sourcing strategy, hiring processes and candidate experiences, partnering with the CTO and leaders to attract top-tier builders across Europe.

This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing health-tech scale‑up. You’ll need a track record of hiring for technical roles, a bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Partner or Technical Recruiter in high-growth settings.
• Track record of hiring engineers, product managers and/or designers, including senior profiles.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in Stockholm and help us build the engineering, product and design teams behind Tandem. You’ll be at the heart of our mission - connecting brilliant people with meaningful work that’s reshaping how healthcare works.

This role is all about people and impact. You’ll partner closely with our CTO and Engineering, Product and Design leaders to attract and hire exceptional builders - from software, security, data and AI engineers to product managers and designers. You’ll craft creative sourcing strategies, champion a high-touch hiring experience, and act as a true partner to the business as we scale our product and technology organisation.

What You Will Do

• Partner with Tech, Product and Design leaders to understand their needs, define what great looks like, and bring the right people into every conversation.

• Own end-to-end hiring across tech, product and design roles - from first outreach to signed offer.

• Take real ownership of your searches: run them yourself, make the judgement calls, and be accountable for outcomes, not just activity.

• Craft and experiment with creative sourcing strategies to reach world-class engineers, product people and designers beyond the obvious channels, including passive and highly sought-after talent.

• Build a thoughtful, inclusive, and seamless candidate experience from first touch to offer, including technical interviews, case work and on-site visits.

• Help shape and scale our recruitment processes as Tandem grows - balancing speed with quality, and keeping the bar very high, and holding an uncompromising bar, even when that means saying no to a good candidate while we wait for a great one.

• Use data to keep our funnels healthy, share market insights with hiring managers, and continuously improve how we hire.

• Strengthen our employer brand among technical talent by telling authentic stories about our people, our product and our mission.

• Be a culture carrier: bring energy, curiosity, and passion into every interaction.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Talent Partner or Technical Recruiter, ideally in a high-growth, international environment. Years matter less than results: we care about what you’ve achieved, how much responsibility you’ve already taken on and how quickly you’ve grown.

• A track record of hiring engineers, product managers and/or designers, including senior and specialist profiles.

• An appetite for hard problems and high standards: you hold yourself to a bar most people find uncomfortable, and you actively seek out more responsibility.

• Deep curiosity and creativity when it comes to sourcing - you find the people others overlook, and you know how to start a conversation that gets a reply.

• Enough technical fluency to understand what different engineering, product and design roles actually involve and to hold credible conversations with candidates and hiring managers.

• You’re excited by the plethora of Talent Acquisition enablement tools and embrace AI-driven tech and sourcing innovation to work smarter and uncover hidden talent.

• Strong stakeholder management skills - you build trust fast, push back when needed and communicate with clarity.

• A passion for creating a great candidate experience and championing diversity in every process.

• Comfort with ambiguity and change - you thrive where things are moving fast and are energised by high pace.
