Our Talent Acquisition team is searching for a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner. You will play a pivotal role in helping Moss attract and hire the right talent for our teams across all markets, with a dedicated focus on Germany-based positions.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing, screening & managing candidates — identify, attract and engage with talent by using different sourcing techniques and channels. Manage the entire candidate journey from initial contact, coordinating interviews to offer management, ensuring a high quality candidate experience.
  • Vacancy briefings — help collect requirements for new vacancies, and ask insightful questions that will help all parties have an aligned understanding of the relevant candidate profile.
  • Reporting & process improvement — deliver reports that showcase TA performance and insights. Work with your team and manager on identifying and implementing opportunities for experiments and improvements.
  • Stakeholder management — respond quickly and efficiently to stakeholder queries, and ensure they have all the information needed to support your interviewing and hiring efforts. Develop healthy and sustainable relationships with team leads and interviewers.
About You

We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in the role:

  • Previous experience in hiring high-caliber talent, using your sourcing skills to engage with candidates.
  • You are fluent in English and in German (C1 min.).

The interview process will include an online assessment as an initial step, followed by a Hiring Manager Call, a Live Case Study and a Final In-person Interview in one of our offices.
