Job summary

Avnet is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Poing, Germany, to support recruitment across Central Europe. You will manage the full lifecycle, from creating adverts to interviewing, assessment coordination, and stakeholder communication.

The role involves building talent pipelines for technical and commercial positions and collaborating with HR and business partners. You will work in a flexible environment with opportunities for home-based arrangements and international coordination

• Proven recruitment experience in-house or in an agency environment.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies across functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent software knowledge including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer.
