Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across the organisation. This hybrid role combines home-working with occasional travel around Berkshire to support recruitment events, assessments and stakeholder meetings.

You will shape job adverts, screen candidates, run campaigns, and provide an exceptional candidate experience, while collaborating with the Recruitment Administration team to ensure a smooth

• Recent experience of managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Knowledge of attracting and screening candidates in a challenging recruitment market.
• Excellent communication with the ability to persuade and build great working relationships.
• Ability to travel independently around Berkshire.

• Re-writing job ads to attract the best talent and promote inclusivity in line with employment legislation and corporate guidelines.
• Sourcing and screening candidates using techniques including recruitment campaigns and social media advertising.
• Planning and organise recruitment events - both face-to-face and virtual.
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience - organising interviews, feedback and offers.
• Working with the Recruitment Administration team to ensure a smooth pre-employment process.
• Maintaining accurate reporting to track success.

This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with the opportunity to work from home most of the week alongside occasional travel across Berkshire to support recruitment events, assessment centres and stakeholder meetings.
