Lio is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Munich office. You will work with our People & Culture team and hiring managers across Engineering, Product and Go-to-Market to own parts of the recruiting funnel.

You will source talent, build pipelines, and conduct initial interviews while engaging candidates in German and English. This internship offers hands-on learning in a fast-growing AI/B2B SaaS company.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proactive, structured and comfortable taking ownership.
• Enjoy researching people and understanding strong profiles.
• Confidently communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
