Lio (formerly askLio) is building the AI workforce for procurement. We are seeking an AI Implementation Manager to lead end‑to‑end enterprise deployments from kickoff to go‑live for DAX and Fortune 500 customers.

You will coordinate product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure measurable business value. You will own projects, translate requirements into scalable designs, manage timelines and risks, and turn feedback into product improvements.

As AI agents become capable of executing increasingly complex tasks, successful implementation becomes just as important as the technology itself.

At Lio, we are building the AI workforce for procurement. As an AI Implementation Manager, you will not just manage projects – you will help some of the world’s largest enterprises successfully adopt AI agents in their day‑to‑day procurement operations. You will lead implementations from kick‑off to go‑live, work closely with customers and internal teams, and ensure every deployment creates measurable business value.

What You’ll Do

• Own end‑to‑end enterprise implementations from kick‑off to successful go‑live
• Translate customer requirements into scalable implementation plans and solution designs
• Act as the primary project owner and trusted advisor for DAX and Fortune 500 customers
• Coordinate product, engineering, and customer success to ensure seamless execution
• Proactively manage timelines, risks, stakeholder communication, and escalations
• Turn customer feedback into actionable product improvements
• Build scalable implementation processes and playbooks that enable future growth

Your Profile

• Have experience in software implementations, customer success, implementation consulting, or technical project management.
• Take ownership by default. You enjoy driving projects from start to finish and making customers successful.
• Communicate with confidence. You build trust with enterprise customers and coordinate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Stay structured under complexity. Managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities is something you enjoy.
• Think in solutions. You understand customer challenges and translate them into scalable implementation approaches.
• Are curious about AI and excited about helping enterprises adopt a new generation of software.

What’s Not Required

You don’t need previous procurement experience or deep technical expertise. We are more interested in ownership, structured thinking, customer empathy, and your ability to deliver successful enterprise implementations than in having the perfect background.
