Zusammenfassung

Lyceum is seeking a People & Talent Intern to work with the Growth & Operations Manager and help build the team that powers Lyceum. You’ll own parts of the recruiting pipeline from day one, sourcing candidates, managing communications, and helping ensure we hire the right people at the right time.

We’re growing across engineering, commercial, and operations, and you’ll be at the center of that growth, coordinating candidate communications, screening calls, and supporting onboarding as the team

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Psychology, HR, Communications.
• Genuine interest in people, talent and hiring.
• Strong written and verbal communication; reliable follow-ups.
• Organised and detail-oriented; you don’t drop balls and you don’t need reminding.
• Bias toward action; you find a way rather than waiting for instructions.

Aufgaben

• Build and manage candidate pipelines across active roles - LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and outbound sourcing
• Own candidate communication end-to-end: outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and keeping things moving
• Support interview coordination across the team and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Help maintain and improve our ATS and recruiting workflows
• Conduct initial screening calls and summarise candidate profiles for the hiring team
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help Lyceum show up well to top talent
• Support onboarding logistics for new hires as the team scales

Your profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Psychology, HR, Communications, or a related field
• Genuine interest in people, talent, and what makes a great hire
• Strong communication skills - you write clearly, follow up reliably, and represent Lyceum well to candidates
• Organised and detail-oriented: you don’t drop balls and you don’t need reminding
• Bias toward action - you find a way rather than waiting for instructions
• Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build processes from scratch
• Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or a startup environment is a plus
