Job summary

Buena в Берлине ищет студента для команды Talent Acquisition. Работать на месте вHQ (Prenzlauer Berg) обязателен, минимальный срок — 12 месяцев. Вы будете в первые месяцы в основном заниматься поиском кандидатов и первичным скринингом, формированием пулов подTargets и предлагать идеи по улучшению каналов привлечения.

Buena (funded by Google Ventures) makes everything related to real estate as simple and transparent as buying an ETF, whether searching for, buying or financing an apartment. We take over property management companies across Germany and turn them into technology companies. In the past three years, we have grown from fewer than 25 full-time employees in Berlin to Germany’s second-largest property management company, with more than 400 employees. We are looking for a working student for our Talent Acquisition team to further expand our competitive advantage in M&A.

Задачи:

You spend 80% of your first months sourcing talent through our various channels. You also conduct initial screening conversations. You systematically screen the German market and build strategic talent pools for future targets. You actively contribute ideas for improving our channel mix for attracting talent to our TA strategy.

Требования:

You want to work on-site at our HQ in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg). You can commit to at least 12 months of working as a student employee. You have a demonstrable, strong interest in people and entrepreneurship. You are highly resilient in direct outreach, act confidently and work in an results-oriented way. You want a very steep learning curve in methodology and technology-supported work.
