Zusammenfassung

Isar Aerospace is seeking a Talent Acquisition intern to join their team in Germany. You will help attract and hire talent for Europe’s ambitious space programs, gaining hands-on experience across sourcing, interviews, and recruiting analytics.

You'll coordinate interviews, publish ads, manage Greenhouse, and support KPI setup and recruiting events. Onsite work is expected at least two days per week in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business, psychology, HR, or a related field.
• First practical exposure to recruiting or HR (internship, working student role, or project work) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data to support reporting and KPI tracking.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite at least 2 days / week.
