Qualifikationen

In order to support our flight controls engineering department, Airbus Operations is looking for a Systems Engineer for Flight Controls (High Lift Systems) (d/f/m). Tasks and responsibilities

• Design, development, and integration of the High Lift System and its sub‑system control architecture.
• Application of automated controls technology in flight control systems, including assessment of filtering, estimation, and stability needs.

Desired skills and qualifications

• University degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in electrical engineering, information technology, systems engineering, or a related field.
• Broad knowledge in at least two relevant disciplines (e.g., communication/controls technology, sensing and data generation, software development, or systems engineering).
• Good understanding of tool applications in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and/or software development.
• Knowledge of data analytics would be a plus.
• Strong team player with good communication skills, personal engagement, and adaptability to work in an international environment.
• Willingness to travel for business up to once a month worldwide.
• Advanced language skills in English and German; French skills are an asset.
