Zusammenfassung

STRATO Personal GmbH sucht eine/n System Safety Engineer (m/w/d) in Bayern zur Mitarbeit an sicherheitsrelevanten Projekten im Aerospace-Bereich.

Sie arbeiten an Functional Hazard Assessments, System Safety Assessments und Sicherheitsnachweisen für Luftfahrtsysteme, koordinieren Schnittstellen zu Maintenance, Human Factors und Qualitätsmanagement und unterstützen Zertifizierungsprozesse wie Permit to Fly oder Type Certification.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder Physik.
• Berufserfahrung in Aircraft Systems, System Engineering, Safety Assessment, Airworthiness und Certification.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Safety-Tools.
• Fließendes Englisch.

Aufgaben

• Durchführung von Functional Hazard Assessments, System Safety Assessments und weiteren sicherheitsrelevanten Bewertungen.
• Durchführung von Risiko- und Kausalanalysen nach relevanten Standards.
• Festlegung von Sicherheitsanforderungen, Nachweisen und Schnittstellen koordiniert.
• Beeinflussung der Architekturentwicklung zur Erreichung Sicherheitsziele; Schnittstelle zu Stakeholdern.

Stellenbeschreibung

• Conduct Functional Hazard Assessments, System Safety Assessments, and other main safety assessments for military aircraft and systems through the certification phases
• Perform risk and common-cause analyses, including Particular Risk, Zonal Safety, and Common Mode Analyses, in accordance with applicable standards and guidance
• Define and manage safety requirements, safety evidence, procedures, and limitations, coordinating interfaces with other technical domains such as maintenance, human factors, aircraft performance, and quality
• Influence aircraft and systems architecture development to ensure the required safety and integrity levels, and act as a technical interface for internal and external stakeholders including Engineering, Project Management, authorities, partners, customers, and suppliers
• Review, approve, and apply supplier data related to safety and reliability, supporting continuous aircraft development and certification activities such as Permit to Fly and Type Certification

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Aerospace Engineering or Physical Science
• Professional experience in the field of Aircraft Systems, System Engineering, Safety Assessment, Airworthiness and Certification
• Very good knowledge in using MS Office and Safety Tools (e.g. Isograph, FaultTree+, Reliability Workbench)
• Fluent in English
