Xentral ERP Software sucht einen systemorientierten IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) zur Umsetzung von IT-Prozessen und Optimierung der Infrastruktur. Du bist Ansprechpartner für Software- und Hardware-Themen und betreust zentrale Services sowie SaaS-Anwendungen in einem wachsenden Umfeld.

Du verfügst über mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in IT-Infrastruktur und bringst Kenntnisse in ABM/MDM, Jira/Confluence, Google Workspace sowie Python und PowerShell mit.

Qualifications

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Implementierung und Administration von IT-Infrastruktur oder vergleichbare Erfahrung.
• Erfahrung mit ABM- und MDM-Lösungen zur Automatisierung von On-/Offboarding.
• Problemlöser mit logischem Denkvermögen und Troubleshooting-Skills für sichere, effiziente Prozesse.
• Freundliche, verständnisvolle Art; erklärt komplexe Themen einfach.
• Starke Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit; Zusammenarbeit mit Team, Abteilungen, Partnern.

Responsibilities

• Betreue zentrale IT-Services und SaaS-Anwendungen; verantwortliche IT-Prozesse.
• Durchführe Wartungsaufgaben wie Upgrades, Behebung von Schwachstellen und Asset Management.
• Biete internen IT- und Applikationssupport; Analysiere Logs und führe Root-Cause-Analysen durch.
• Plane Zeit eigenständig und treibe Infrastruktur-Verbesserungen voran.

Als System Administrator (m/w/d) in unserem IT-Team setzt du IT-Prozesse um, erkennst Ineffizienzen, übernimmst Verantwortung dafür und verbesserst den gesamten Prozess. Du willst in deinem Arbeitsumfeld die erste Ansprechperson für alle Software- und Hardware-Themen sein?

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du betreust zentrale IT-Services und -Prozesse, darunter eine Vielzahl von SaaS-Anwendungen


• Du übernimmst Wartungsaufgaben wie Anwendungs-Upgrades, das Beheben von Schwachstellen in Betriebssystemen und das Asset Management


• Du leistest internen IT- und Applikationssupport: Du behebst Störungen, ziehst und wertest Logs aus und führst Root-Cause-Analysen durch


• Du organisierst deine Zeit selbstständig und treibst die Verbesserung unserer Infrastruktur kontinuierlich voran


• Du stellst unseren Nutzer*innen so viele Self-Service-Funktionen wie möglich bereit, damit sie schnell wieder arbeitsfähig sind

Dein Profil:

• Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Implementierung und Administration von IT-Infrastruktur oder vergleichbare Erfahrung mit; idealerweise hast du bereits in einem Startup oder stark wachsenden Unternehmen gearbeitet


• Du hast Erfahrung mit ABM- und MDM-Lösungen, um On- und Offboarding-Prozesse zu automatisieren


• Du bist einProblemlöserin mit logischem Denkvermögen und ausgeprägten Troubleshooting-Skills und schaffst sichere, aber effiziente Prozesse für unsere Nutzer*innen


• Du hast eine freundliche, verständnisvolle Art, sodass sich andere gerne mit Fragen an dich wenden, und erklärst komplexe Themen leicht verständlich


• Dank deiner ausgeprägten Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit arbeitest du effektiv mit deinem Team, anderen Abteilungen, externen Kund*innen und Drittanbietern zusammen


• Du kennst dich mit der Verwaltung verschiedener Anwendungen aus, darunter der Atlassian Stack (Jira, Confluence), SaaS-Tools (Google Workspace, Lever, Slack, Personio, Zoom etc.), Identity Provider (Okta, OneLogin oder Google IAM), und hast Scripting-/Programmierkenntnisse (Python sowie Terminal/PowerShell)


• Du sprichst fließend Englisch und hast idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch
