For the Customer Product Support area within Integrated Product Support we are looking for a Supportability Engineer who will support the development and maintenance of technical and logistical system characteristics.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Execute and coordinate the development and maintenance of technical and logistical system characteristics (e.g., availability, reliability, maintainability, testability, safety, endurance) on components, modules, and systems with various functions, links, and interfaces.
- Perform and coordinate technical and logistical analyses such as FMECA, life‑cycle cost, reliability, availability, maintainability, testability, safety analyses, calculations and proofs.
- Document analysis results; analyses and proofs are part of system qualification and approval.
- Determine, ensure, and maintain logistic system characteristics/requirements mainly at subsystem and device level.
- Coordinate development activities mainly at subsystem and device level.
- Process change proposals and requests from responsible parties.
Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen
- Completed degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering, or comparable field.
- Knowledge of Integrated Product Support (IPS/ILS) processes and procedures.
- Deep knowledge in Product Support Analysis (PSA/LSA) is desirable.
- Experience in Bundeswehr or NATO projects is desirable.
- Strong technical understanding.
- Structured and analytical thinking.
- Self‑motivated, independent, proactive, and team‑oriented work style.
- Regular travel willingness within Germany.
- Fluent German and good English.
