ALTEN Consulting Services GmbH is seeking engineers with strong skills in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) to optimize maintenance concepts and support solutions. The role involves defining maintenance requirements, developing spare parts concepts, and ensuring data traceability across ILS, training, and documentation.

Experience with LORA, MTA and industry standards such as S3000L is highly valued.

• Perform Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) including LORA and MTA to optimize maintenance concepts and support solutions.
• Define maintenance requirements and cost-efficient maintenance programs per certification and airworthiness regulations.
• Develop and optimize spare parts concepts and provisioning recommendations.
• Ensure traceability and alignment of supportability data across ILS, Technical Data, Training and other disciplines.
• Contribute to the improvement of documentation and adoption of standards such as S3000L.

• perform Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), including Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), to optimize maintenance concepts and support solutions
• define maintenance requirements, maintenance task criteria and cost-efficient maintenance programs in compliance with certification and airworthiness regulations
• develop and optimize spare parts concepts and provisioning recommendations based on technical, operational and economic considerations
• ensure traceability and alignment of supportability data across ILS, Technical Data, Training and other support disciplines throughout the product lifecycle
• contribute to the continuous improvement of technical documentation, digitalization initiatives and the implementation of industry standards such as S3000L

• hold a degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline with relevance to maintainability and supportability engineering
• bring sound experience in Integrated Logistic Support (ILS), Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and related methodologies such as LORA and MTA
• have knowledge of relevant industry standards, including MIL-STD-1388-2B, S3000L, ASD S1000D and S2000M
• possess experience with aerospace maintenance processes, technical documentation and aircraft support concepts
• speak fluent English; German and French language skills are advantageous
