Jobtailor is seeking a supervisory professional to lead QP coordinators, clinicians, and peer support specialists in behavioral health and criminal justice settings.

You will oversee complex cases, ensure sound decision making, and support transitions from incarceration to community care, while collecting data and auditing quality with cross-team collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree with 3+ years in behavioral/mental health populations or Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year in behavioral/mental health populations or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within 75 miles of Trillium’s Southern Region and be able to travel within catchment.
• Preferred: Human Services or Criminal Justice degree.
• Minimum of two years supervising a team (2+ employees).
• Minimum of one year in criminal/juvenile justice systems.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree with three (3) years of experience working with behavioral/mental health, substance use and/or intellectual/developmental disability populations; OR Bachelor’s degree with one (1) year of experience working with behavioral/mental health, substance use and/or intellectual/developmental disability populations; OR Equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within 75 miles of Trillium’s Southern Region, which includes the following counties: Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, Hoke, Lee, Moore, New Hanover, Robeson, and Scotland.
• Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
• Preferred: Human Services or Criminal Justice degree.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience supervising a team (2 or more employees).
• Minimum of one (1) year working in criminal justice or juvenile justice systems.
• Provisionally or fully licensed by the state of North Carolina as a LCSW, LPA, LCMHC, LMFT, or LCAS.
