Job summary

SEEBURGER AG is seeking an IT support professional to manage the Business Integration Suite, record and classify cases, and work with 3rd level support to resolve issues. You will help improve customer operations and serve premium customers as the Designated Support Engineer, ensuring high service quality.

The role includes supporting updates, system analyses, and service projects, with fluent German and English, and flexible/trust-based working hours including remote opportunities.

Qualifications

• You have a solid foundation in IT basics (networking, operating systems, ERP user knowledge).
• You have an educational background such as IHK IT certification or a degree in Business Informatics.
• Knowledge in IT administration, system or application support.

Responsibilities

• Product support for the Business Integration Suite, including recording and classifying support cases.
• Resolve support cases independently or with 3rd level support.
• Collaborate with customers to improve operation of SEEBURGER solutions through problem management.
• For premium customers, act as Designated Support Engineer to ensure high service quality.

Your Responsibilities:

• Your main task is product support for our Business Integration Suite. This includes, among other things, recording and classifying support cases.
• You resolve support cases independently or together with 3rd level support.
• You not only fix errors, but also work together with the customer to improve the operation of SEEBURGER solutions through appropriate problem management.
• For our premium customers, you take on the role of Designated Support Engineer and ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction through close collaboration with the customer.
• In addition to classic product support, you support the support team with software updates, system analyses, and projects in the service environment.

Your Profile

• You have a solid foundation in IT basics (networking, operating systems, ERP user knowledge)
• You have a sound educational background, e.g. IHK certification in IT specialist training, a degree in Business Informatics, or comparable qualifications
• Knowledge in IT administration, system or application support
• Ideally, you are familiar with the EDI/B2B, MFT, EAI, and API environment and have experience with communication protocols, server operating systems, application servers, and databases
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
