Supply Officer Aircraft On Ground (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and searching for solutions to solve the AOG (Aircraft on ground) situation.
• Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs.
• Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analysing delivery delays and managing recovery plans.
• Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistics processes.
• Monitoring the performance of the supply chain in day‑to‑day business as well as regular contact with suppliers.
• Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order.
• Part of the on‑call service.

Profile

• Completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics or a comparable qualification.
• Over 2 years of professional experience in scheduling/material procurement and supply chain/logistics.
• Very good knowledge of SAP.
• Proficient in using Google Workspace.
• Fluent in English.
• Advanced German language skills.
