adjoe Hamburg is seeking a Portfolio Growth & Monetization Specialist with 3+ years in AdTech, mobile advertising or digital marketing to manage and expand a publisher portfolio.

You will optimize core KPIs (CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, CTR) and translate data into concrete improvements that boost retention and monetization. Daily communication via Slack, email, and video calls, and collaboration with Product, Tech and Business teams to drive end-to-end growth.
