RHESO.TECH is seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to build and secure the company's supply chain from the ground up. You will develop strategic partnerships with electronics manufacturers and component suppliers, establish a robust sourcing strategy, and support make-or-buy decisions for future industrialization.

You will lead supplier negotiations, collaborate with engineering, and define medium-to-long-term procurement strategies to enable scalable growth while ensuring compliance

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in strategic procurement or supply chain in electronics environment.
• Strong understanding of electronic components and hardware supply chains.
• Proven experience building and negotiating supplier networks.
• Experience supporting production-scale supply chains, not just prototypes.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and near-fluent German.
• Willingness to travel internationally 20-40%.

With products already deployed in operational environments, the company is entering a major growth phase and is looking to build a scalable and resilient supply chain to support future industrialization and production ramp-up.

As a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager, your responsibilities will include :

• Build, qualify and manage a network of suppliers for electronic, RF and communication hardware components
• Develop and implement a multi-source strategy to secure supply and reduce supplier dependency
• Lead supplier negotiations regarding pricing, lead times, contracts and quality requirementsCollaborate closely with engineering teams to identify sourcing risks and propose alternative solutions
• Support product development projects from design phase through industrialization and serial production
• Define and execute medium and long-term procurement strategies aligned with business growth objectives
• Monitor market trends, anticipate component shortages and secure critical supply chains
• Manage purchasing activities, supplier performance and inventory-related processes
• Ensure compliance with applicable export control and dual-use regulations
• Establish scalable procurement and supply chain processes to support future growth

Necessary skills:

• 6+ years of experience in strategic procurement, sourcing or supply chain management within an electronics environment
• Strong technical understanding of electronic components, hardware systems and supply chains
• Proven experience building, developing and negotiating with supplier networks
• Experience supporting production-scale supply chains rather than prototype-only environments
• Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution capabilities
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English and near-fluent German
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (20-40%)

Nice to have:

• Experience with RF systems, wireless communications or defense electronics
• Background in hardware startups or rapidly scaling deep-tech companies
• Experience with ERP and supply chain management tools
• Knowledge of European export control and dual-use regulations
• Existing network within the electronic components industry

Salary:

Up to €140,000 fixed annual salary, depending on experience and profile.
