Bio-Rad is looking for a Supply Chain Planner (f,m,d) - based in Feldkirchen, Munich area to support our Service Team in the regions of EMEA.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • EMEA QSD Planning Book Stock Movement & Reservation: Reserve and allocate inventory for EMEA QSD products within the EMEA Planning Book. Manage stock movements between EMEA regions and collaborate with Supply Chain Planning to address stock imbalances and optimize stock availability
  • EMEA QSD Inventory Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock movements and allocations for EMEA QSD products, generating reports to track inventory levels and allocation progress
  • EMEA Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with EMEA Supply Chain Planning, EMEA Customer Service, EMEA Sales, and other departments to ensure alignment on stock availability and resolve inventory-related issues
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives, share feedback, and identify areas to optimize stock availability and streamline operations
What You Bring:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP), CRM tools, and standard office software (e.g. MS Office)
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze data from reports, identify discrepancies or trends
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail when working with reports, maintain accuracy and avoid errors
  • Problem-Solving: Expertise in resolving stock discrepancies that impact customer service orders
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and German knowledge essential
  • Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues

This position is in full time and unlimited to be covered.
