As part of the 4flow management team, you play a key role in optimizing transport and supply chain processes for a dedicated Automotive customer program. You will drive cost reduction initiatives, efficiency improvements, and process innovations.
Analyze and optimize a multi-modal transport network with a strong focus on sea freight operations
Leverage transport data to identify and realize cost savings through frequency reductions, higher utilization, mode shifts, and optimized routing
Develop and implement optimization measures from data evaluation and solution design to operational handover
Support program growth through effective communication with plants and stakeholders, data quality improvement, and process innovation
Contribute to the advancement of a state-of-the-art reporting landscape using Tableau and RPA solutions
Take responsibility for (sub-)project management, including cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
You have 2–3 years of experience in supply chain consulting or engineering within the automotive or manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of global transport networks (especially sea freight).
You combine analytical strength and a hands‑on mindset with solid MS Office and Tableau skills, enabling you to develop and implement pragmatic solutions.
You communicate confidently in English and impress with your presentation and moderation skills. Proficiency in German is a plus.
You bring initial experience in leading (sub-)projects and work independently while effectively engaging with stakeholders.
