Qualifikationen

Salary: €50,000 – €70,000 (up to €80,000 for top performers) Contract: Fixed-term (12–24 months, conversion to permanent) Working Hours: 40 h/week (30–32 h/week possible)

About the Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of logistics, fulfillment, and process optimization in a fast-scaling E-Commerce environment. You’ll report directly to leadership and collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Product, E-Commerce, Customer Success, and Finance. This is a high-impact role with full autonomy and direct influence on cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage national & international transports (incl. customs)
  • Oversee fulfillment centres, returns, and risk management
  • Negotiate logistics contracts and shipping rates
  • Analyse & optimise SCM processes; automate and standardise workflows
  • Lead projects for new tools/systems implementation
  • Monitor KPIs (cost per order, return rates, availability) and report to leadership
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and product availability
