The role is based in Berlin with at least 3 days a week in office. The role can be offered at 80–100% (full‑time equivalent).

Your responsibilities at Royfort :
  • Order & Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels and introduce automated replenishment systems & forecastings / reports to maintain ideal inventory levels. Proactively launch initiatives to reduce our stock levels and optimise inventory turnover rate. Maintain accurate SKU and EAN data.
  • Process Improvement : Continuously optimize workflows to drive efficiency and reliability. Maintain clear documentation of key processes. Support new product launches and operational readiness.
  • Partner & Fullfillment coordination : Track goods movement (incoming / outgoing) and ensure data accuracy between suppliers, warehouse, and internal systems.
  • Forecasting & Reporting : Analyze inventory data and sales trends to forecast future demand and adjust reorder points accordingly.
  • Collaboration : Work closely across the team with members from D2C, B2B and retail to align with operational needs. You are the main point of contact for our warehouse (a 3rd party) with whom you will drive many initiatives.
