A luxury home & living brand in Berlin seeks an Operations Coordinator to manage inventory and improve processes. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, optimizing workflows, and collaborating with teams. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in supply chain or operations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in inventory management software. Fluency in both German and English is required.
Over the past five years we have built a strong direct-to-consumer following with tens of thousands of customers. Apart from KaDeWe in Berlin we are opening further shop-in-shops this year, this increases the need of operational excellence. You will work alongside smart & driven people with a strong focus on personal development. We provide a lot of flexibility in the way you work, we always focus on results and output. The role is based in Berlin with at least 3 days a week in office. The role can be offered at 80–100% (full‑time equivalent).
