To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Supply Chain Circularity Manager (f/d/m)
We offer a hybrid workplace model (2 days office/3 days remote).
Your Tasks
- Design End-to-End Circularity Processes: You create scalable, efficient flows from customer sites to collection centers and production plants (internal and external).
- Collaborate with Sales & Product Management: You understand market needs and co-develop a profitable and inclusive circularity service offering.
- Align with Operations: You define plant capacities and operational processes to receive and process reclaim material.
- Establish Reporting & Visibility: You build a reporting framework covering reclaim flows, cost structures, and service levels.
- Optimize Reverse Flows: You integrate collection centers and external partners (e.g., waste management companies) to enhance efficiency and coverage.
- System Integration: You set up and maintain internal processes in SAP to enable smooth execution and traceability of reverse flows.
- Customer Partnership: You act as a sparring partner to customers, co-organizing tailored reverse material flows that reflect their operational realities.
- Cross-Industry Scalability: You explore opportunities to extend circularity models to other industries, leveraging reclaim material as a transferable value stream.
You are...
- smart? You have proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, ideally with a focus on reverse flows or circular economy models. Your background includes project management experience, and you bring strong strategic thinking and process design capabilities to the table. You are fluent in English. And additional European languages would be a valuable asset.
- driven? You don\'t just want to work, you want to help shape things. You take responsibility. Your strong communication skills and your organizational talent make you the perfect addition to a dynamic environment. You show passion for sustainability and innovation in supply chain practices.
- real? You impress with your authentic, solution-oriented approach – both within the team and in international settings. You communicate clearly, empathetically, and effectively – in both German and English. With more than five years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management, you bring the expertise needed to navigate confidently in a European context and drive real change together with others.
You don\'t meet all above mentioned criteria? Be brave and apply anyway! We offer a wide range of further training and are willing to develop you into the role, if necessary!
What we offer
