INEOS Automotive in Böblingen, Germany, seeks a Risk Manager to refine and operationalize a supplier risk management framework across the organization. You will maintain a consolidated risk portfolio, identify emerging trends, and coordinate cross-functional risk assessments to ensure early mitigation of critical risks.
We require 5–8+ years in strategic procurement or procurement-focused risk management, excellent communication skills, and fluent English.

The Risk Manager is responsible for refining, operationalizing, and actively driving an existing supplier risk management framework across the organization. The role ensures a holistic and transparent view of risks by maintaining a consolidated risk portfolio, proactively identifying emerging risk trends, and coordinating cross functional risk assessments. A strong proactive mindset is essential to anticipate and mitigate risks early, complemented by solid reactive troubleshooting capabilities to manage, analyze, and resolve critical risk situations as they arise.
