IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As Supplier Quality & Sustainability Manager at Envalior you will develop and maintain direct procurement procedures ensuring that all supplier activities comply with corporate standards, legal regulations and sustainability requirements. You will actively lead supplier audits and implement sustainability frameworks, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with EcoVadis and CSRD criteria. Additionally you’ll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new methods and tools to strengthen supplier performance and responsible sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement supplier quality performance indicators and reporting structures.
• Lead and support internal and external audits (e.g. supplier, customer ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949).
• Coordinate ESG data collection and validation for CSRD reporting.
• Train procurement teams and suppliers on sustainability standards and best practices.
• Maintain and regularly review the Approved Vendor List and supplier segmentation.
• Develop and manage a supplier complaint handling system and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update procurement practices accordingly.
• Represent Procurement in stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Supplier Quality Management including audits, complaint handling and performance evaluation.
• Solid understanding of sustainability frameworks (EcoVadis, CSRD) and regulatory compliance.
• Preferably with knowledge of high-performance materials and related raw materials including their production processes.
• Certified IATF16949 lead auditor.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, quality or sustainability roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Willingness to globally travel frequently for supplier audits and evaluations.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Additional language is a plus.
