• Audit experience and willingness to travel (approx. 30%).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Supplier Quality Specialist (m/f/d) Full- or Part-Time

In this role, you will regularly be out in the field, visiting our farmers and suppliers where our raw materials originate. You safeguard and improve quality at the source by being present on site, working in close contact with suppliers and with a strong focus on practical implementation. You feel comfortable working outside the office, enjoy a hands‑on approach, and ensure that quality is not only captured in systems and documentation, but truly embedded throughout the supply chain.

We are looking for a proactive Supplier Quality Specialist who strengthens our quality assurance processes within procurement and supply chain. In this role, you ensure that purchased materials and components meet our high quality standards as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements. You work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers and are active at our locations in Mierlo (the Netherlands) and Erkelenz (Germany).

Your key responsibilities
