The Quality Group (ESN & More Nutrition) is seeking a Mid-Level Category Ops Innovation Manager in Hamburg on a hybrid basis. You’ll serve as the central Ops contact for your category from Gate 1 to Gate 3, performing feasibility analyses and coordinating with manufacturers and procurement.

You will influence make-or-buy decisions, manage supplier risks, and collaborate with Product for Ops readiness. You report to the Director Strategy & Transformation and contribute to a fast-growing,

Qualifications

• You have a degree in supply chain, business or similar.
• You have approx. 4-7 years of planning experience in food or consumer goods.
• You have experience with internal and external production or co-manufacturing.
• You have sound judgment on make-or-buy decisions.
• You are a strong communicator who convinces without formal authority.
• You are fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• You are the central Ops contact for your category from Gate 1 to Gate 3.
• You run feasibility and capacity checks internally and with external manufacturers.
• You keep an early eye on supplier risks and capacity, together with Procurement.
• You hold veto rights together with Product when Ops readiness is missing.
• You hand over to Supply & Demand Planning ahead of Gate 3.
• You report directly to the Director Strategy & Transformation.

As Category Ops Innovation Manager (gn), you bring the Ops perspective into new products in your category from the very first idea, e.g. bars, protein powder or vitamins. • You are the central Ops contact for your category from Gate 1 to Gate 3
• You run feasibility and capacity checks internally and with external manufacturers
• You keep an early eye on supplier risks and capacity, together with Procurement

Your experience & skills

• You have a degree in supply chain, business or similar, or a comparable qualification
• You have approx. 4-7 years of planning experience in food or consumer goods
• You have experience with internal and external production or co-manufacturing
• You have sound judgment on make-or-buy decisions
• You are a strong communicator who convinces without formal authority
• You are fluent in German and English
