Neumayer Tekfor Rotenburg GmbH sucht einen Supervisor Produktion (m/w/d) zur sicheren, wirtschaftlichen und termingerechten Steuerung des Produktionsbereichs.

Sie kombinieren operative Exzellenz mit moderner, mitarbeiterorientierter Führung und arbeiten eng mit Planung, Qualität, Instandhaltung sowie Logistik zusammen. Die Stelle ist unbefristet und vollzeit, Standort Rotenburg (Wümme) in Niedersachsen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister Metall oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer produzierenden Industrie, ideal in der Automotive-Zulieferung.
• Führungserfahrung in Produktionsteams.
• Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
• Erfahrung in Produktionssteuerung und Kennzahlenmanagement.
• Gute ERP-/MES-Kenntnisse sowie MS Office.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten.

Responsibilities

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeitenden und Schichtleiter.
• Sicherstellung der Produktionsziele in Qualität, Termintreue, Kosten.
• Aktive Steuerung des Mehrschichtbetriebs.
• Analyse von Produktionsproblemen und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen.
• Auswertung relevanter Kennzahlen (OEE, Ausschuss) und Ableitung von Maßnahmen.
• Durchführung von Shopfloor-Meetings und Förderung offener Kommunikation.
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen mit Lean-Methoden (5S, Kaizen).
• Zusammenarbeit mit Planung, Qualität, Instandhaltung, IE und Logistik.
• Personalplanung, Qualifizierung sowie Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden und Auszubildenden.

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiter und Schichtleiter
• Sicherstellung der Produktionsziele hinsichtlich Qualität, Liefertermintreue, Produktivität, Kosten und Arbeitssicherheit
• Aktive Steuerung des täglichen Produktionsablaufs im Mehrschichtbetrieb

• Ensuring that production targets are met in terms of quality, on-time delivery, productivity, costs, and workplace safety
• Actively managing daily production operations in a multi-shift environment

• Evaluating relevant key performance indicators (OEE, scrap rate, productivity, equipment availability, etc.) and deriving appropriate improvement measures
• Conducting shop floor meetings and fostering a culture of open communication and feedback

• Work closely with production planning, quality, maintenance, industrial engineering, and logistics

Required Skills and Education

• Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister Metall, staatlich geprüften Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; alternativ ein Studium im Bereich Produktionstechnik, Maschinenbau oder WirtschaftsingenieurwesenMehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer produzierenden Industrie – idealerweise in der Automotive-Zulieferindustrie
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Produktionsmitarbeitern
• Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz sowie eine strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
• Erfahrung in Produktionssteuerung, Shopfloor Management und Kennzahlenmanagement
• Gute Kenntnisse in Lean Management und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-/MES-Systemen sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen

ENGLISH:

• Completed advanced training as an industrial foreman in metalworking, a state-certified technician, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a degree in production engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineeringSeveral years of professional experience in a manufacturing industry—ideally in the automotive supply industry
• Several years of experience managing production staff
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, analytical approach to work
• Experience in production control, shop floor management, and key performance indicator management
• Good knowledge of lean management and continuous improvement processes
• Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and standard MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills, the ability to assert oneself, and a motivational leadership style
