Job summary

Capol GmbH, part of the Freudenberg Group, is seeking a production lead in Elmshorn. You will oversee shift-based operations in a food/processing context, ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance and a hands-on, results-driven approach.

The role emphasizes leadership, structured work, and the ability to drive improvements in a safe, collaborative, on-site environment. Prior experience in food, pharmaceutical, or process manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed technical or food technology qualification (or equivalent vocational training).
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a shift-based production environment preferred.
• Meister or Technician qualification is an advantage.
• Several years of experience in production or operations.
• Experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or process manufacturing industry preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Hands-on mentality with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently in a structured and organized manner.
• Strong assertiveness, sound decision-making skills, and the ability to drive results.

Qualifications
