This Consultant position involves advising clients on transforming their HR systems landscape, with a primary focus on SuccessFactors. The team is looking for professionals ideally at Consultant to Associate Manager level, with experience in Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll, Compensation, Onboarding or Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with the design and implementation of cloud-based HR systems.
• Collaborate in diverse, multi-national teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Conduct workshops and train end users.

Requirements

• Cloud HR experience, ideally with SuccessFactors projects/implementations.
• Experience in one or more of the following: Employee Central, Time, Payroll, Compensation, Onboarding, Integration.
• Enthusiasm for advising customers through complex tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel within Germany.
