Zusammenfassung

MeJuvante GmbH in Frankfurt is recruiting for a permanent role leading the ITSM and regulatory workstream within a new IT operating model programme at a major bank. You will drive planning, governance and alignment of service-management design with DORA, MaRisk and GDPR, coordinating with governance, second line of defence and internal audit to secure timely, compliant outcomes.

The position focuses on delivering management-ready information and decision papers to steer the programme.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading ITSM initiatives in regulated environments.
• Ability to translate regulatory needs into IT service design and operations.
• Strong stakeholder management across governance, risk, and audit.
