Zusammenfassung

MeJuvante GmbH is recruiting for a permanent role to own a full DORA implementation programme in a bank, aligning the written order (SfO) with EU 2022/2554 using risk-based, proportionate controls and an auditable trail. You will lead planning, steer all workstreams, ensure cross-department collaboration, and secure compliance, audit trail and traceability for governance, risk and control.

You will document and report to internal stakeholders and the second line of defence, adapting procedures

Qualifikationen

• Experience implementing DORA or similar regulatory programmes.
• Proven ability to manage complex governance and risk controls.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills to senior stakeholders.

Permanent role owning a full DORA implementation programme in a bank: bringing the written order (SfO) into compliance with EU 2022/2554, risk-based and proportionate, with an audit trail that holds.

• Own planning, steering and control of the DORA implementation programme to a formal project-management guideline
• Steer, coordinate, monitor and quality-assure all programme measures across workstreams
• Secure compliance, security, audit trail and traceability throughout
• Document and report to internal stakeholders, the second line of defence and internal audit
• Ensure cross-departmental collaboration with business units, other projects and governance functions
• Adapt procedures and control mechanisms to regulatory requirements defined by the second line - risk identification, steering, reporting and documentation duties
• Write and roll out procedures describing processes, roles, responsibilities, controls, monitoring and reporting
• Where a measure is not technically or operationally feasible, produce implementation recommendations for a follow-up programme
