Amazon Deutschland is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate in Suelzetal (Bielefelder Strasse 9). The role involves receiving and stocking inventory, preparing customer orders, loading shipments, and operating scanners. Night shifts offer enhanced pay and a night bonus.

Training for powered industrial trucks is provided, with safety and quality standards strictly followed. The job requires readiness for shift work (early and late shifts) and adherence to all safety guidelines.

Starting September 1st, our entry-level wage will increase to €16,28

gross per hour for day time shiftsGuaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 16.28€/h gross) and24 months(calculated 18.09€/h gross)

Night Shift 20,34 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 4,69 €/h for hours worked between 23:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy).

Fixed term full-time position (40.00 h)

Early shifts

06:00 am – 02:45 pm (Mondays 5:35 am - 3:05pm every 3 weeks - Sunday night shift 7:30pm - 5:30 am)

Late shifts

03:05 pm - 11:50 pm (every 3 weeks - Sunday night shift 7:30 pm - 5:30 am)

Some of your duties may include

• Receive and put away inventory

• Troubleshoot problems
• Ensure product meets quality requirements
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 13m. Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.
• Lift up to 23kg

You’ll also need to be able to

• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 13m on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
