Amazon Deutschland is hiring for a full-time warehouse associate in Germany. The role involves receiving, storing, and packing goods, preparing orders for shipment, and using scanners to track products. You will work day and night shifts with safety and quality standards as top priorities.

Training for PIT equipment and safety protocols is provided. Typical duties include lifting up to 23 kg, moving items with carts and dollies, and adhering to shift schedules.

Starting September 1st, our entry-level wage will increase to €16,28

Salary16.28€

gross per hour for day time shiftsGuaranteed wage adjustment after 12 months (calculated 16.28€/h gross) and24 months(calculated 18.09€/h gross)

Night Shift 20,34 €/h (gross) including a tax-free night bonus of 4,69 €/h for hours worked between 23:00 and 06:00am (according to the night shift policy).

Early shifts

06:00 am – 02:45 pm (Mondays 5:35 am - 3:05pm every 3 weeks - Sunday night shift 7:30pm - 5:30 am)

Late shifts

03:05 pm - 11:50 pm (every 3 weeks - Sunday night shift 7:30 pm - 5:30 am)

Some of your duties may include

• Receive and put away inventory
• Get customer orders ready and pack them up
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Troubleshoot problems
• Ensure product meets quality requirements
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 13m. Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.
• Lift up to 23kg

You’ll also need to be able to

• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 13m on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English/Arabic, with the ability to understand and adhere to alljobrequirement and safety guidelines.
