Within our Recruiting and Human Resources team, you will support our people’s analytics and controlling activities.
Your responsibilities include analyzing and synthesizing recruiting data. You will contribute to monthly and deadline-driven reporting as well as the creation and interpretation of ad-hoc analyses. Additionally, you will drive the optimization and implementation of relevant reporting tools.
Your work will help ensure that our recruiting processes are data-driven, efficient, and continuously improved. By providing accurate analysis and insightful reporting, you will enable our team to make informed decisions, optimize recruiting strategies, and contribute to the overall success and growth of our firm.
You will be based in either Cologne or Hamburg as part of our Recruiting and Controlling team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues who are passionate about Recruiting and data analytics, respectively. Our team values open communication, mutual support, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will experience a dynamic and inclusive work environment, where your ideas are welcomed, and you can contribute to innovative solutions for our Recruiting processes. Team meetings, knowledge sharing, and joint problem-solving are central to how we work together. Your weekly working hours are 16 to 20 hours during the lecture period and may increase during the semester break.
