Job summary

avitea GmbH, on behalf of our automotive client in Lippstadt, seeks a Student Employee (m/f/d) Risk Management to support identification, analysis and documentation of business risks. You will assist in preparing management reports and help build risk dashboards with Excel and PowerPoint.

You will contribute to governance, compliance, and risk projects while researching developments in risk, sustainability, and AI applications.

• Assistance with the identification, analysis, and documentation of business risks
• Collaboration on the preparation of management and board reports
• Analysis, processing, and visualization of risk and business data
• Support in maintaining and further developing risk portfolios, measures, and key performance indicators
• Participation in projects related to governance, compliance, and risk management
• Support in preparing and documenting workshops, risk board meetings, and management meetings
• Creating presentations, training materials, and communication resources
• Researching current developments in the areas of risk, sustainability, and compliance management, as well as geopolitical and economic trends
• Contributing to the further development of digital solutions and AI applications in risk management

What you should bring

Degree in economics, engineering, industrial engineering, law, social sciences, or a comparable field of study

• Interest in corporate management, risk management, compliance, or corporate governance
• Analytical mindset and interest in business contexts
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Some experience with data analysis or BI tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating in international teams
