For over 35 years, the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology in Berlin has stood for excellence in production science. We are dedicated to bridging the gap between science and practice in the field of industrial production and offer application‑oriented system solutions for the entire spectrum of industrial tasks – from product development to the production process, maintenance of capital goods, and recycling of products to the design and management of factory operations.
In the Virtual Product Creation business unit at Fraunhofer IPK, we develop innovative approaches for model‑based systems engineering (MBSE). Our focus is on optimizing development processes, the semantic mapping of product information, and the integration of MBSE into end‑to‑end product lifecycle management (PLM). The Intelligent Networking department addresses the design of integrated value creation systems for virtual product development across the entire life cycle, as well as data‑consistent product systems, by designing suitable methods, processes, organizations, IT systems, and data and information models.
Advantageous, but not essential:
The remuneration is based on the overall company agreement for the employment of auxiliary staff.
The position is initially limited to one year.
The monthly working hours are 80 hours.
