Zusammenfassung

ESMT Berlin is seeking a Student Assistant in the Business Development/Sales team to support admissions and CRM activities. This part-time role (20 hrs/week) starts in September 2026 with a rate of 14 EUR per hour, based at our Berlin-Mitte campus.

You will assist in enrolling participants for executive programs, organizing data for analysis, and contributing to CRM improvement while gaining hands-on experience in a global business school environment.

Qualifikationen

• You are currently registered as a student at an institution of higher education (university or Fachhochschule).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent command of both German and English.
• Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) is an advantage.

• Prepare, organize, and update participant and program data for analysis and reporting.
• Support projects to improve our CRM system.
• Conduct customer and market research.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
