Die Medical Education Team am CIHLMU sucht eine motivierte und zuverlässige Studentische Hilfskraft (m/w/d), um laufende Projekte und den täglichen Betrieb zu unterstützen. Die Tätigkeit bietet die Möglichkeit, praxisnahe Einblicke in globale Gesundheit in einem internationalen Umfeld zu gewinnen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Projektorganisation, Dateneingabe, Präsentationen und Statistik, Unterstützung der Austauschprogramme sowie Social-Media-Unterstützung.

Qualifications

• Du bist an einer deutschen Universität eingeschrieben.
• Du hast starkes Interesse an Global Health.
• Du bist organisiert, detailorientiert und zuverlässig.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse (Sprechen und Schreiben) und gute Deutschkenntnisse.

Responsabilités

• Unterstützung bei Organisation und Koordination von Projekten.
• Mithilfe bei Dateneingabe, Präsentationen und Statistik.
• Unterstützung unserer Austauschprogramme und zugehöriger Aktivitäten.
• Unterstützung des Teams bei Social-Media-Aktivitäten (LinkedIn, Instagram).

Scope of duties

• The Medical Education Team at the CIHLMU is looking for a motivated and reliable Student Assistant (m/f/d) to support our ongoing projects and daily operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the area of global health, within an international and dynamic environment. Your Responsibilities:
• Assisting in the organization and coordination of projects
• Helping with data entry, presentations and statistics
• Supporting our Student Exchange Programs and related activities
• Supporting the team with social media activities, including LinkedIn and Instagram

Our requirements

• You are enrolled as a student at a German university (required)
• You have a strong interest in Global Health topics
• You are organized, detail-oriented and reliable
• You are confident in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with design tools such as Canva or similar platforms
• Very good English skills (spoken and written) and good German skills
• Experience with learning management systems (e.g. Moodle) and/or digital collaboration tools (Zoom) is considered an advantage
