Job summary

DNV Group in Hamburg is seeking a student assistant or working student to gain hands-on experience in strategic HR and help people and leaders grow, collaborate, and perform at their best.

You will work with HR Business Partners across a global organisation, contributing to leadership development, talent management, and organisational effectiveness while supporting digitalisation initiatives and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Researching and benchmarking HR practices, market trends, and emerging people topics
• Collecting, organising, and analysing people data to generate clear and relevant insights
• Preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, and communication materials for different stakeholders
• Supporting leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives
• Helping to coordinate workshops and onboarding activities
• Contributing to HR process improvement and digitalisation initiatives
• Coordinating activities and follow-ups with stakeholders across functions and regions
