STRATO personal GmbH in Bavaria seeks a Stress Engineer (m/f/d) to lead structural analyses for aerospace programs, from concept to certification.

You will perform stress and fatigue analyses on metal and composite designs, coordinate milestones with internal and external partners, and deliver CS-23 documentation to support safe, airworthy aircraft. Hybrid work options available; travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in structural analysis in aerospace, focusing on stress and F&DT.
• Familiarity with CS-23/CS-25 certification and cert reports.
• Experience with CFRP and metallic materials for aircraft structures.

Aufgaben

• Perform stress and fatigue analyses from sketches to flight.
• Coordinate milestones with internal experts and external partners.
• Bridge Design, Aerodynamics, and Manufacturing to maintain clarity.

• Dive deep into stress and fatigue analyses for cutting-edge metal and composite designs -from first sketch to final flight
• Orchestrate engineering milestones, align internal experts and external partners, and accelerate the journey from concept to certified aircraft
• Be the voice that unites Design, Aerodynamics, and Manufacturing - turning complexity into clarity
• Deliver bulletproof CS-23 documentation and make the tough calls on production deviations that keep aircraft safe and airworthy

• Completed studies in the field of Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Work experience in the field of structural analysis within the aerospace industry, specifically regarding Stress and F&DT, Altair HyperWorks (HyperMesh, OptiStruct, HyperView) and classical hand calculation methods, CS-23 (or CS-25) certification specifications and experience preparing certification reports, composite materials (CFRP) and metallic materials
