We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our subscription (Wolt+) team, which owns the results, strategy and development of Wolt+ globally and is building the best local commerce membership program in the markets we operate in.
You will be responsible for i) spearheading and owning results around member retention and engagement, ii) doing whatever it takes to reach both our financial and operational goals related to both topline growth and bottomline development, and iii) shaping and driving the long-term strategy of our subscription program. To get the job done, you’ll work both with our wider Wolt+ team and other cross-functional teams in the domains of Marketplace, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing and Finance, while taking full ownership of driving your initiatives to fruition and most importantly tangible results.
