KARL STORZ in Tuttlingen is seeking a Strategy Execution Advisor for Global Product Service. You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives and shape how product service delivers value worldwide.

You will lead cross-functional programs across regions, develop target visions and roadmaps, and ensure governance and transparent progress reporting to enable sustainable value realization.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in business administration, engineering, life sciences, or a comparable field.
• Extensive knowledge in product service, after sales, service operations, or transformation.
• Proven success leading complex, multi-year, cross-functional programs with company-wide impact.
• Strong governance, risk management, dependency management, reporting and value realization.

As Strategy Execution Advisor, Global Product Service and the global leadership team to drive some very important strategic initiatives.

This is more than a program management role. It is an opportunity to influence the future of product services in a leading international MedTech company. You will work on high-visibility initiatives, collaborate with senior leaders across regions and functions, and help shape how product service delivers value to customers worldwide.

Your Mission

• Drive strategic product-service initiatives: Lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives, programs, and projects within Global Product Service – from definition through implementation to sustainable value realization.
• Shape the vision and roadmaps: Develop target visions, strategic roadmaps, and concrete action plans in line with the corporate goals and priorities of Global Product Service.
• Successfully guide transformations: Steer complex, multi-year initiatives across functions, regions, and business areas, and ensure their successful implementation.
• Operationalize strategic goals: Work closely with leaders and relevant stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable programs and projects.
• Ensure strategic alignment: Make sure that programs, projects, and resources are consistently aligned with the corporate strategy and business objectives.
• Establish governance and decision-making processes: Coordinate workstreams, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure effective program governance as well as well-founded decision-making processes.
• Create transparency and steer progress: Establish meaningful reporting on progress, milestones, results, and required management decisions.

Your Talents

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a comparable field
• Extensive knowledge in the areas of Product Service, After Sales, Service Operations, Service Portfolio Management, Strategy, or Transformation
• Proven success in leading complex, multi-year, and cross-functional programs as well as strategic transformation initiatives with company-wide impact
• Extensive knowledge in program and project management, including governance, risk management, dependency management, reporting, and value realization
• In-depth understanding of product-service operating models, service portfolios, service enablement, and performance management frameworks
• Strong business and analytical acumen, along with experience in translating strategic objectives into roadmaps, operating models, processes, and system requirements
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and influencing, as well as extensive experience working with senior- and executive-level stakeholders
• High change competence and the ability to set priorities, drive decisions, and deliver results through cross-functional collaboration in dynamic and complex environments even without direct disciplinary authority
