Role

Strategy & Business Development Manager (m/f/d), you will take end-to-end responsibility for a wide range of strategic and operational projects. In this role, you will work on key business questions, develop new business models, and drive growth initiatives across SCAYLE Payments and the ABOUT YOU Group. You will work closely with our Management and cross-functional teams, while the Strategy & Business Development Team provides the support and sparring you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic and operational projects in a cross-functional environment
• Act as a sparring partner for strategic topics initiated by the Management Board
• Develop new business areas in close collaboration with operational teams
• Conduct independent, complex analyses and research
• Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
• Identifying relevant KPIs and deriving actionable recommendations to support company growth

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, economics, IT, fintech or a comparable field
• 2+ years of experience in strategy or business development, e.g. in consulting, financial services, or a start-up environment
• Strong analytical skills and a confident understanding of data and KPIs
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Resilient and confident personality, ideally with experience in a dynamic scale-up environment
• High level of motivation to actively shape and improve business operations
• Quick comprehension and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
