Responsibilities
- Carrying out market analyses to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks
- Analysing competitors and their strategies
- Collecting and analysing data to make well-founded strategic decisions
- Helping to shape and support the development of long-term and short-term corporate strategies
- Collaboration with various departments, e.g. creation, consulting, etc. to ensure that the strategy is implemented correctly
- Communication and presentation of the strategy to various stakeholders and managers
- Adaptation of strategies based on market developments or internal changes
- Breaking down tasks into self-sufficient individual parts, clearly briefing project members, communicating expectations, handing over responsibility
- You have an understanding of strategic frameworks
- You have a good understanding of the industry and market conditions
- You have the ability to identify complex problems and develop innovative solutions
- You bring good communication skills to work effectively with different departments and teams
- You have the ability to translate strategic goals into measurable results and continuously monitor performance
- You find it easy to develop new ideas and creative approaches
- You have initial pitch experience
- You present independently and confidently
- You have 2-3 years of professional experience
- Native speaker of German is a prerequisite
