🚀 The Role
We are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Strategic Partnerships Associate to join the team of our client—a leading venture capital fund.
This position is your chance to become the "Connector-in-Chief" for our diverse portfolio companies operating on the cutting edge of technology. Your primary mission will be to catalyze their growth by identifying, establishing, and securing high-value strategic partnerships, key customers, and critical industry experts.
You will embody the functions of a Strategist and a Diplomat — someone who can confidently open doors and cultivate long-term relationships that significantly benefit the ecosystem of our client.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
I. Strategic Analysis & Market Research
- Analyze the specific needs of our portfolio companies to identify gaps where external partnerships (corporate, distribution, or technical) can most effectively accelerate growth.
- Conduct deep research to build targeted lists of potential partners, key decision-makers, and industry influencers within relevant sectors.
- Maintain a pulse on industry trends to proactively suggest partnership opportunities to our founders.
II. Targeted Outreach & Deal Origination
- Execute focused outbound campaigns: Actively reach out to potential partners via cold calling, personalized email, and LinkedIn to schedule introductory meetings.
- Craft compelling pitches that clearly articulate the value proposition of connecting with Our Client's portfolio companies.
- Qualify leads and meticulously set up introductions between external stakeholders and our portfolio founders.
III. Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a crucial network of corporate partners and industry experts.
- Manage and maintain the firm’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to track outreach progress, conversation status, and relationship history.
- Facilitate follow-ups to ensure "warm" introductions successfully evolve into tangible deals and collaborations.
IV. Portfolio Concierge Support
- Act as a dedicated concierge for our founders, quickly responding to their specific requests for introductions (e.g., "I need to speak to a Procurement Officer at a Fortune 500 retailer").
- Gather feedback from portfolio companies regarding the quality and relevance of the introductions provided.

Essential Qualifications
- English - C1
- Strong verbal communication skills (absolutely comfortable and articulate on the phone).
